DEPARTURE SERVICE : Our service begins as our guests are greeted at the “primeclass” VIP Service entrance on the departure floor
of the terminal by a VIP hostess and a porter to take their baggage.
Guests pass through special “primeclass” VIP Service X-Ray security.
The VIP Hostess assists with check-in procedures; if guests are
travelling with contracted airlines, procedures are carried out at the business class counter regardless of their flight class.
Entrance procedures are carried out at the special “primeclass” VIP Service passport counter.
Our guests can shop at Duty-Free with the assistance of a hostess and porter and pay at the exclusive “primeclass” CIP Service cashier.
Our guests are greeted with a “Welcome Cocktail” at the lounge entrance and entertained at the “primeclass” Lounge until their flight time.
At the Lounge –where comfort comes first–guests can continue working with their laptop, pc connected to our wireless internet, even take
a shower, and enjoy unlimited refreshments offered by service staff while reading their favorite newspaper or magazine.
When their flight time comes guests are escorted by special car up to the flight gate.
