Eyüp Sultan Mosque

He Eyüp Sultan Mosque is located in the Eyüp district of Istanbul along the Golden Horn. Beyond being a mosque, it is a sacred place of visit. Eyüp Sultan Mosque is a rectangular planar, mihrabı protruding. Central dome rests on six columns and two great pillars of müstenit belt, around half dome, in the middle of the tomb of Eyüp Sultan, a fountain at the foot of the sarcophagus is located in the middle of a centuries-old plane tree courtyard.
